Thank You Cakes

Much more than the standard thank you note, these fanciful confections are as delicious as they are beautiful. Each hand-decorated petit four contains three layers of moist cake and three layers of luscious butter cream filling. We ship a total of 24 cakes in six different flavors, including vanilla-orange, lemon, raspberry, hazelnut praline, apricot, and chocolate. A layer of jam accents and balances the fruit flavors, while dark chocolate ganache enriches the flavor of the chocolate cake. All cakes are finished with a thin layer of marzipan and a smooth coat of chocolate draping.
